Nothing takes the place of personal talent and ideas but this book really motivates and offers some good suggestions. I'm curious about the story line and how the back stories of the various characters will come together in the end, I like both main characters, and I find the side characters to be pretty likable. The book also helps parents lay the groundwork for care to continue after they themselves can no longer provide it.
