As short as it is, it still takes some time to get through because it's tough to absorb more than 20-30 pages at a time. The co-authors wisely view this last dimension as a work-in-progress, as customer needs and the expectation to respond to them continue to evolve at an even faster rate. All titles scanned cover to cover and pages may include marks notations and other marginalia present in the original volume. The book was written in Englilsh, so Pedulla has translated nothing. And the nice thing is, you can still see Judith performing and buy her CD's and DVDs. Don't let any of my criticisms deter you from reading "Seeloewe Nord", however. Like I said, it's a good reference for a lot of poses, but don't expect to learn about the benefits of the poses (though she does spend a bit of time at the beginning on the benefits of yoga, which I didn't really need because I already do it. She has written several children's books of various topics, most of which have an educational component using rhyming word pairs and repetition in a fun way to help with early reading. I will admit to loving all the Lynda Renham books that I have read. After all, we need to know what made someone like Bobby Darin write and record all those protest songs.
